Super quick sauce

that will blow your mind!

These school holidays my house was busy….

We had the cousin here as well as the biggest sister and gandbaby, there were many mouths to feed and I was determined to do this without extravagance and using up mostly all I had stockpiled in the freezer - Gus and Mima are really good eaters!

This was the last supper I believe before everyone went home to Sydney. I had half a packet of pork mince left, 3/4 of a bottle of passata and half a jar of anchovies, both from pizza the night before.

I was making sauce because what teenage boy doesn’t love a big bowl of carbs!
