Everyday French toast
There’s a few breakfast rotations in our house during the week, this is one.
On Sunday’s I usually buy a white sourdough tin loaf from Baker Bleu sliced thickly for a school lunch sandwich and French toast.
With a growing teenager in the house my mission is always to fill him up with something super delicious that will help him focus at school and keep him full till first break. We don’t eat much bread in our home, so whatever we don’t eat usually ends up in our freezer ready for my favourite weekend snack at a moments notice - Anchovy tomato toasts.
This recipe works well with fresh or defrosted frozen bread, it works well with any white sourdough bread really, in any shape or size.
