Apple Cake

for breakfast?

Forgive me for my lateness in getting these recipes up, we had the week for hell - flooding toilets, tradesmen and new carpet. I was camping in the lounge room. Along with that I had offered to cook and fed Wilco’s football teams (50 men aged from 17-28) which was not a small job - whilst my home was falling to pieces. It was very rewarding to see them love every mouthful. I’ve put my hand up to do this once a month.

Anyway…..

Here are the recipes promised, this is that basic cake recipe that works well with any fruit….but with Apples it’s magic and I’m calling it a breakfast of sorts, if you choose to eat it when you wake up! Always gluten free and refined sugar free.
